For every mention in Dutch or in English we automatically determine sentiment, e.g. positive, negative or neutral if you turn on this feature.
In our dashboard you have analytics about the sentiment of your mentions to give you a realtime idea on how the brand is perceived.
If you want to change your sentiment settings, you can change this in your account setup per search profile.
